The candidates may download (i)  application form & (ii) Academic Performance Indicator (API)  based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) Proforma  from the Website and submit, duly filled-in all respects,  along  with the crossed A/c Payee Bank Draft of the Rs. 375/- for General Category (Rs. 150/- for SC/ST category) payable at  Chandigarh in favour of the Registrar, Panjab University,  Chandigarh. 

The candidates living abroad may apply on plain paper with full  bio-data (ten copies) alongwith Academic Performance Indicator  (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS)  Proforma (available on website) and one set of attested copies of  testimonials, together with requisite fee through a crossed account
