Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad invites applications for the following posts:


* Dy. Librarian: 01 Post
o Pay: Rs. 12000-18300

(i) Master’s Degree in Library
Science/Information Science/Documentation at
least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in
the UGC seven point scale and consistently good
academic record. (ii) 8 years experience as an
Assistant University Librarian/Librarian of
reputed Institute. (iii) Evidence of innovative
library services, published work and professional
commitment. (iv) Age preferable below 45 years.
(v) Desirable : Ph.D/M.Phil in Library
Science/Information Science.

* Librarian Information Asstt.: 01 Post
o Pay: Rs. 5500- 9000


Essential : (i) Graduation in Library
Science/Information Science/documentation or
equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks in
aggregate, preceded by a consistently good
academic record;
(ii) service experience at a reputed Institute for
minimum of 03 years (iii) Knowledge of
computers, internet and other recent advances in
library operation and management
(iii) Age below 35 years
