1. Good academic record with atleast 55% of the marks or equivalent grade where
grading system is practiced at the Masters Degree level in the relevant subject
(Communication)

Or

Graduate in any discipline with atleast two years experience of working in the area
of development of IEC material, Programme communication etc in a large
organisation
